As a best man, I was there for my brother to be his shoulder to lean on, a personal assistant if you will, for the day and the days leading up to the wedding. Remember, the groom is not thinking clearly. He is under a spell, bewitched by the female charm. He is being led by the sirens call of seduction and beauty to lure him into her waiting arms.
